Greenbrier Tropical Lemonade

  1. 1 - 12 oz frozen lemonade
  2. 2 - 6 oz frozen orange juice
  3. 1 - 64 oz pineapple juice
  4. 1 - gallon of water
  5. 1 - Tbsp. vanilla extract
  6. 1 - Tbsp. almond extract

   Sweeten to taste and server over ice.

 


Spinach & Eggs Greenbrier

  1. Cook 2 package frozen chop spinach and drain well.
  2. Sauté 4 to 6 slices of bacon till crisp, drain and remove grease.
  3. Heat 4 Tbsp. olive oil in skillet with clove minced garlic.
  4. Add spinach, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
  5. Spread over bottom of casserole and sprinkle 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour 6 beaten eggs over the spinach.
  7. Crumble bacon over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve with hot bread and fresh fruit. Serves 4 to 6.
