Greenbrier Tropical Lemonade Little Greenbrier Lodge Sevierville,

1 - 12 oz frozen lemonade
- 2 - 6 oz frozen orange juice
- 1 - 64 oz pineapple
juice
- 1 - gallon of water
- 1 - Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 - Tbsp. almond
extract
Sweeten to taste and server over ice.
Spinach & Eggs Greenbrier Little Greenbrier Lodge Sevierville,

Cook 2 package frozen chop spinach and drain well.
- Sauté 4 to 6 slices of
bacon till crisp, drain and remove grease.
- Heat 4 Tbsp. olive oil in skillet
with clove minced garlic.
- Add spinach, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
- Spread over bottom of casserole and sprinkle 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese.
- Pour 6 beaten eggs over the spinach.
- Crumble bacon over the top and
bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve with hot bread and fresh fruit. Serves 4 to 6.
